SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using UPS Express.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days when all parts are in stock. Estimated shipping times are:

Europe: 3 to 4 business days
North America: 4 to 5 business days
Asia: 4 to 7 business days
Oceania: 5 to 7 business days

RETURN POLICY

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new and unused condition, without any signs of installation.

We will cover the return shipping costs when the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. For returns due to a change of mind or for any other reason not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs incurred by us and the return shipping costs. Taxes and import duties are non refundable.

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

WRONG SIZE AIR CUPS

Ordered the wrong size Air Cups? Please handle them carefully. When they are still in new condition and show no signs of installation, we can exchange them for the correct size free of charge. You only need to cover the shipping costs both ways: returning the Air Cups to us and shipping the replacement Air Cups back to you.
